1. About the platform
RS Motrcycle is a classified-ads marketplace for motorcycles, spare parts, helmets, accessories, riding gear and motorcycle services in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. We show listings and let buyers contact sellers directly. We are not a party to any sale and do not process payments between buyers and sellers.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- You register and sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account.
- Changing your registered number requires verifying the new number.
3. Posting ads
- Ads must be accurate, and photos must show the actual item for sale.
- Each ad may include up to 10 photos and one video.
- Prices are shown in the currency of the ad's country and may be marked as negotiable.
- Every ad is reviewed before publication; we may reject an ad and will give the reason.
4. Fees, payment and packages
- The ad fee (standard or featured) is paid, or a package credit is used, before the ad goes to review.
- Package credits can only be used for the matching ad type, and unused credits expire with the package.
- If an ad is rejected, you can correct and resubmit it without paying again.
- Payments are non-refundable for voluntary cancellation or removal, subject to applicable law and payment-error cases.
5. Ad duration and status
- The publication period starts on approval (proposed default: 30 days) and the ad expires automatically at the end.
- Ads can be renewed manually with a package credit or payment; there is no automatic renewal.
- Changes to a published ad need approval; the approved version stays visible meanwhile.
- You can mark an ad as sold or remove it at any time. A sold ad's link stays available with contact buttons disabled.
- We may suspend an ad that breaks these terms and will give the reason; you can correct and resubmit it.
6. Buying and contacting sellers
You contact sellers directly by WhatsApp or phone. Inspect the motorcycle and its documents before paying, and never transfer money before an inspection. We are not responsible for agreements or transactions between users.
7. Prohibited content
- Stolen or illegal items, misleading or duplicate ads.
- Photos you don't have the right to use, or any offensive content.
- Other people's contact details without their permission.
8. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content and, to the extent the law allows, are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
